Where can I get the MACOTTE Discount Card?

If your purchase is higher than 5,000 roubles we will invite you to fill out an application form. Once this form is completed your card will be activated and you will then be able to: check your card balance online, have your card reissued and any amounts on the card will be transferred to the new card in the case of loss, a text message alert service for  any special promotions taking place. After filling out our form you will be issued with our Discount Card.

What benefits and discounts do I get with my Mascotte Discount Card?

The Mascotte Discount Card will be issued by the staff of the Mascotte stores directly to customer who makes a purchase of 5,000 roubles or more. The card gives the customer the right to a 5% discount on all subsequent purchases. In proportion to reaching further threshold amounts you will receive larger discounts. These amounts include both one-off purchases as well as the general amount of your purchases for a longer period. In addition each discount cardholder has the right to participate in special gift offers and promotions. Additional information about new credits, deadlines and the conditions of special promotions will be communicated to each cardholder by an individual text messaging alert service.

How do I receive larger discounts and do the amounts on my account accumulate?

The first time you purchase goods of a sum of more than 5,000 roubles the manager of the store will ask you to fill out a form with your contact information and will present you with a Mascotte 5% discount card. In addition this sum will be fixed  and entered on to your individual account. When your individual account reaches the sum of 10,000 roubles you will receive discounts of 7% on purchases from the network of Mascotte showrooms. When purchases reach the sum of 30,000 roubles your discount rate will be 10%. Finally when purchases reach the amount of 80,000 roubles you will become a VIP-Client of Mascotte. Who can use the Mascotte Discount Card?

Mascotte discount cards may be used by others than the personal cardholder. Thus in order to receive larger discounts you may allow relatives, friends and acquaintances the use of your card.

However, only cardholders who have filled out an application form can participate in special promotions.

How does the Discount Card work during special promotions as well as in the discount centres and the Mascotte outlet stores?

Discounts will only be made on goods at their standard retail price. Discounts will not be offered for goods on sale during special offers or when already discounted on their standard retail price. These goods are usually are usually marked in our stores by special labels. Discount Cards are not valid in our special discount centres and outlet stores. Nonetheless, the price of the purchase of our goods at a discount rate or during special offers will be added to the amount on your account.

What is the validity period of our discount cards?

The discount card has no expiry date.  The Mascotte company reserves the right to make alterations to our discount system..
